Opening orders and Reorders
Opening order requires a minimum of $250.
Minimum reorder is $100.
Terms
At time of initial order, please enclose credit sheet with resale number, bank reference and three trade references. Credit approval takes up to 10 days. We will not ship reorders unless customer’s previous accounts are paid up.
Delivery Time
Most orders may take up to two weeks to ship. Orders ship U.P.S. only. Customer pays all freight and handling.
Damages and Returns
When examining the designs, keep in mind that many items may have imperfection (old faded look) purposely. This just enhances the beauty of the painting. Please inspect shipments promptly and report any shipping damages to the carrier. Report defective products or errors to Rockawall Baby within 2 working days. No returns accepted without a Return Authorization number.
